1. All units are shipped dry.  Please refer to owner’s manual or dealer specification for proper lube.  Warranty is void if incorrect lube is used.  If you have any questions, please call.

2.  Warranty on rebuilt units will be void if the unit is returned “burned up”.  It is the customers’ responsibility to be aware of leaks and get them taken care of before melt down occurs.  Leaks are covered under warranty, burned up transmissions are not.

3. Rebuilt units with broken gears are checked under warranty if it looks as though they were defective in some way.  Units with broken gears due to abuse are not covered under warranty.

4.  Warranty unit must be returned and inspected before labor claim will be paid.

Exchange units, called customers core unit, are to be returned and is normally included in the freight charge, unless specified otherwise. There is a core charge for no return of a unit. This charge is related to the value of a replacement that is set by ALLTRANS.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS ARE SOMETIMES ADDED TO THE BASE PRICE  OF A REMAN UNIT UNTIL THE EXCHANGE CORE IS RETURNED. ANY FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE CORE THAT REQUIRES REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN GEAR TRAIN PARTS WILL BE CHARGED UP TO THE VALUE OF THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

IN NO WAY IS THE CORE CHARGE THE SAME AS THE DAMGE DEPOSIT. THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT CHARGES AND WILL BE SO LISTED ON THE INVOICE AS SUCH.
